"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "

"The hotel was ideally placed for us to meet our friends. Parking was good, staff friendly. There were 2 Christmas Parties going on during our stay which worried us but they assured us it wouldn't affect our stay and it didn't."

"We had a great time and a well situated hotel. It was a shame that the weekend we chose we had a storm and the Christmas market was cancelled. But that can’t be helped. Room was very cold but we told reception and they gave us a heater which was a great help. Would definitely book this hotel again"
