"The immediate vicinity of the hotel was unexpected. In spite of that, we loved everything about it. The owner and his wife checked us in and could not have been nicer. The room was clean with a large walk-in closet and refrigerator. The best part of our visit was Terrance! He was the young man running the breakfast service the following morning! Breakfast was good in a lovely room with a beautiful view. But Terrance was the highlight of the morning! He was helpful about our visit to Burg...

"Stayed here to attend events at the Nürburgring and honestly had the best experience. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and there is plenty to do both in the Motorsport/Congress hotel and the general vicinity. Highly recommend!!"

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Stayed for 2 night and my room was damp and bed wet, couldn’t sleep and had to get a new room at 1am when I had to leave at 6am to my next stop in the road trip, when I arrived at the next destination I open my suitcase and all my clothes are damp and destroyed "

"This Hotel is just outside of Ettringen and Mayen, just down the road from Schloss Bursheim. It sits next to a National forest so the scene is quite lovely and peaceful. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating within the boundaries of the Covid 19 rules. I would stay here again. "
