"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. All to the staff were amazing, we had great communication from Emma before and during our stay, and Vinesh makes the best cocktails on the mountain! It was very accessible to the slopes, and has the nicest boot room we have ever had. The only drawback is the location for amenities, there is only one small (but very nice) food shop which sells wine, cheese and bread, and only 2 restaurants locally, so I'd recommend a food shop before you arrive, or be willing to drive/get a bus if you plan to cook more."

"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. Breakfast buffet was really good great selection of cold and hot options and pastries. Would recommend and definitely return. "

"I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well. "

"Picture perfect little chalet hotel. Everything you would expect for a winter stay. Super easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle bus (it takes 5min and runs every 15min) "

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."
