"This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!"

"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. When trying to cancel the reservation, the Expedia representative says according to the hotel's approval and the hotel says according to Expedia's regulations and this is considered misleading to the...
