"This was a very nice property with a great pool and comfortable rooms. My daughter loved the waterslide and had fun at the kids club. The discovery centre was a unique addition. The restaurant offerings were delicious but lacked a bit in terms of completing a meal (eg Indian food but no raita or chutneys, Malaysian coffee but no condensed milk). "Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. Definately go for the water view! Worth every penny, loved it! "

"Probably one of the best located hotels in the centre of KK. Perfect views from the rear of the hotel. Good facilities but some of the furniture was a bit worn. Car parking was good but in a disused part of the complex."

"Most beautiful beaches and sunrise The hotel is like a elegant garden The staff is really nice and friendly The atmosphere is quite and you can hear the gorgeous sound of the bird You can see many lovely animals like monkeys lizard many kinds of bird and squirrels Standing on the balcony viewing the peaceful sea you know that life can really be a long adventure "

"Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "

"Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. Prefer to have manual swtches for practicality."

"Huge room with great views of the airport and the sea. The pool is great however does lack a bit of seating/pool loungers (there is a 4 or 5 seats max). But its greay seeing the planes land from the edge of the pool. Staff really friendly - they do charge you a refunable deposit when you check in - just something to he aware of."

"I stayed here for one night as I was transiting through Kota Kinabalu. The hotel kindly offer a free airport pick-up. Lovely staff, clean room, and good quality gym and pool facilities. The breakfast was pleasant. "
