"If you paid to stay at this hotel, you have already paid too much. The only redeeming quality of this place is the staff, they were friendly and polite. As for the building, to call this hotel "dated" is an understatement as it is right out of the 1960s. The room was hot and the AC was not working properly. "Pillow is a bit hard. I think it could be changed if request. I stayed 2 nights and only pressed the "change towels button". The towel bag was hung on my door handle. They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again."
