"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"The property is in great location in Gion which is walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. It’s not too far (15-20 min walk) from the Nishiki market. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel and the closest train station is about a 12 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and having a sauna in the room was very nice. There is free laundry machines by the lobby, however plan accordingly because the dryer takes 3-4 hours to dry a load. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay...

"This was a fantastic find! It was a comfortable room with private bathroom, laundry and kitchenette which is perfect for longer stays. Very close to a bus stop, which made touring the city easy. Comfortable bed was a huge plus! Highly recommend if you want to stay in Gion. "

It was our first time in Kyoto and we stumbled upon this place and booked because we wanted the convenience of a washer/dryer after 5 days of travel in Tokyo, and it was a plus that it was cutely decorated. "This hotel was best hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room was huge which so good when travelling with 3 teenagers, clothes washing and drying facilities, staff went above and beyond with helping us with any questions. Close to transport, markets, shopping, all key Kyoto sites. I cannot recommend it enough! "
