"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."

"Really nice art deco hotel next to the train station, 5 minutes walk to the canal and 10 minutes walk to the centre. The beds were extremely comfortable! Good breakfast too. "

"This is a relatively inexpensive hotel so I don't expect lots of extras. It was relatively clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage make sure your muscles are in good order. Grouting in the bathroom could use a bit of a scrub in places and as a personal preference I don't like showers over bathtubs as they are potentially dangerous. "Mon séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"

"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. "The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. "Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful."
