"Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the bay. Well thought out with all amenities. Spa needed updating in some areas - air filter in shower in spa covered in dust, hairs on the floor, grouting dirty in places. Spa facilities good, pool and jacuzzi good temperature. All in all a good stay."

"Such a lovely space, the views across the bay at breakfast are wonderful. The staff are really helpful and courtious which made the stay that little bit more special. Had a stunning afternoon tea, with tasty sandwiches , fantastic cakes and scones Overlooking the lawns and ocean."

"My wife's birthday treat so we could eat at Cote and relax with pool and jacuzzi. On arrival informed pool was out of action but might be back on later. In the room was a birthday card and chocs from the hotel and 2 free drinks at the bar. After a nice evening at Cote we settled down but noticed just a coffee machine on show. It was 5 am and no reply from room service or the desk. So we had to drink pink wine.. 8.30 dressed and visited the desk. Told the Pool was back on and that tea and milk...

"Great 1 night stay. Lovely room with super king size bed. Walk in shower with shampoo conditioner and shower gel (all good quality) Fridge in room (so bring your own drinks, snacks) Fantastic free breakfast - cooked, pastries, make your own waffles - great selection! "Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. "The hotel was good. The main downside was the dimness of the lighting in the room. We are bright light people and found it quite gloomy. Perhaps have the main light on a dimmer switch?"

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful and mothing was to much trouble. The receptionist even guided us in person to the pick up point for our taxi. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is right in the middle of the shops and is a sones throw away fron the christmas market. I thought the bar prices were high two large wines were £26 "

"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing.
