"Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. "I wasn’t too keen to stay downtown because parking in the garage across the street was a little bit annoying, but let me tell ya— this staff was AMAZING! The service, hotel amenities, and pet friendly rooms were WELL worth the stay! I’ve never had such exceptional service before from a hotel in my life and I’m so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Would absolutely book again if back in the area! "
