"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."

"スノーボード旅行の宿として利用させていただきました。施設はきれいで申し分なし、お部屋は少し照明が暗かったですが、落ち着く雰囲気で問題はありませんでした。テレビが小さく、うつりも悪かった(画面が暗かった)ところが残念でした。 また、24時間オープンの売店の無人レジで交通系ICカードを使用して購入しようとしたら、エラーで支払いができず、スタッフが駆けつけるまで5分以上かかってしまい不便をしました。24時間オープンなのは嬉しいですが、何かトラブルがあった際にすぐに人が駆けつけられるように徹底した方が、よりよいサービスにつながるのではないかと思います。 "
