"Great location, near the beach and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and had ample kitchen utensils, appliances and crockery. The carpet probably good have done with a steam clean. There was an odour that occurred at times that appeared to be coming from possibly upstairs sewerage. It was not there all the time only on a few occasions. Pool and spa area was great. Sliding door onto balcony was broken and wouldn’t lock. Overall we had a lovely getaway for the weekend and we would book this apartment again."

"We had only booked a one-night stay to do the Great Ocean Road, all through our evening we were musing that we wished we had been able to spend more time in Aireys Inlet just to be able to enjoy the hotel. When the room was first booked, we assumed that it would be nothing more than a clean room and bathroom to rest and reset on the road - we arrived to what looked like a stunning spa resort! The lady we spoke to at check-in was lovely and warm, was happy to give us plenty of information about the area and then handed us our key for the room. As soon as we opened the door to the room, our jaws hit the floor and we almost thought we had to go back to the reception because we'd accidentally been given someone else's suite. Nope, it was ours! The rooms were bright and warm, wonderful decor, a bed so comfy we were almost late for check-out. There was a wonderful cocktail kit (complete with spirit, garnish, syrups, juice, etc) the room also came with a Manhattan shaker, coup glasses and tradition hawthorn strainer, bar spoon and jigger, there was a kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. The bathroom had a WONDERFUL waterfall shower with beautiful tiling and basin sink. We were almost sad to be going to dinner with friends away from the premises as everything was so lovely! Thank you again to the wonderful staff who took care of us, we had such an amazing stay! If you find yourself in Aireys Inlet - be good to yourself and check into Sunnymead Hotel!"

"Such a lovely stay! Property felt like a resort, with lots of palm trees and foliage. Heated indoor pool, tennis courts, trampolines and the bar were all bonuses! Staff were so lovely! Would definitely come back again. Thanks guys. "
