"Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Perhaps if you were a female traveler on your own this time of year you may feel a little intimidated because there is no staff on site, but the area itself is very safe. Loved waking up to...

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "

"Hotel einzigartig, man wohnt in einem Kunstwerk, wirklich toll als Hundertwasserbegeisterte, Service sehr gut, Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich, Zimmer groß und nicht überladen ausgestattet, überall sehr warm, Bio- und regionale Produkte am Buffet und im Restaurant, Essen sehr lecker, im Saunabereich sind Handtücher zur Selbstbedienung vorhanden, im Thermenbereich überall ausreichend Liegen, man hat nie das Gefühl, dass es zu voll ist obwohl viele Leute da sind"
