"I loved my time at Eden Wolff Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was included served in the restaurant attached to the hotel, with excellent food and great service. The location was perfect, within walking distance of old town. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know!"

"Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food. Staff were great. Location is close to train station and easy to get to main attractions. I felt safe walking alone to and from hotel in evenings though i was usually back to the hotel by 9pm. Trams run past hotel which light sleepers may hear."

"The service at the hotel, especially the front desk, was outstanding. My first day I arrived at about 11:30 am, due to the flight arrival time, but they allowed me to check in early. And throughout my visit, the front desk personnel assisted with train tickets and arranging a tour for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side, but it was just me and my trip wasn't about staying in the room so I didn't need a lot of space. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and - unlike most hotels in the US - there was housekeeping service every day. The hotel is centrally located to everything and just a couple of blocks from a train station. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my stay and experience with the Platzl Hotel. "
