"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"Very Disappoint with the Breakfast and one of the Staff She was very miserable most morning. Breakfast was very boring same every day very little variety ( what we were surprise about was if you wanted a Omelette or a Fried Egg you would have to pay Extra ) Not good for a 4 Star Hotel!!!"

"Very close to station and decorated outside with flowers, this hotel is amazingly beautiful. Extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond expectations and proud to be owning a historic place. I had a great stay and looking forward to another visit in the near future."
