"The rooms are really nice—clean and comfortable, making me feel good to be here. However, I noticed that there are some areas outside that could use a bit more attention. Unfortunately, someone spilled something outside my door that hasn't been cleaned up yet. Additionally, there seems to be quite a bit of pet waste that hasn't been picked up. I ended up stepping in some, which was certainly unpleasant. It would be great if the outdoor spaces could receive some care, as it would really enhance...

"The room was really clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bartender in the lobby bar was super friendly and gave recommendations for the area. The front desk people were OK - some more friendly than others. The breakfast was just OK and not really worth $11 but it was convenient. The location was perfect with many restaurants and bars within walking distance at the Wilmington Riverfront. I highly recommend this hotel!"
