"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so appreciative of their kindness. I will definitely stay there again "

She said the room was ready and she was prepared to checked us in which she did. This was a great relief and it made my day and the stay at the property just right. "
