"Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. "Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. "Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge."
