"I read all the reviews before booking this place. Condition, comfort, etc seemed just fine, but almost everyone raved over the customer service. Now I know why. Everyone we encountered couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and engaging. A special shoutout to Jess behind the bar. This is a very unique hotel for several reasons. But if you are looking for a place to stay for auto racing near Rockingham, or horse events near Southern Pines, or golf at Pinehurst or everywhere else, give this gem a try. You will not be dissappointed!"
