"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon. "

"For us, being away from the resort areas of Port Alcudia / Alcudia was a priority. "We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach.
