"The place was clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of things. The one thing I could point out was the bathroom fixtures. If its old and rusting, just replace it. No amount of cleaning can help old dated fixtures. The room was updated and pretty nice, but the old fixtures just threw it off. Also, FYI. The massive missing tiles right at the front entrance are a major lawsuit waiting to happen. Its not pointed out, and when youre carrying your luggage you can easily miss...

"Easy check-in and breakfast included before flight was very convenient. I do wish that when booking it said the times of the airport shuttle because I assumed it would be running for my morning flight as it said included, however they don’t start until 8 am so I had to pay additional for transportation that I thought would be included."

"Everything went well overnight. When I got to my room after being checked in I realized I mistakenly booked a queen bed instead of a king. The front desk lady was able to find me another room at no added cost. Super accommodating. Will always choose Sheraton for downtown accommodations. ShayeAnn"

"I enjoyed staying in this historic property and only have a couple of complaints. I find the $21/day parking charge when all you have is an outside parking lot rather annoying. A pillow became soiled and the cleaning staff did not replace the pillowcase we had removed, and just left the bare pillow on the floor. The vending machines were out of order on at least three floors. It just stuns me why vending companies fail to keep their machines functional, and also why a hotel wouldn't have...
