"What a terrific hotel! Everyone was warm and welcoming and they upgraded us to a magnificent suite…so roomy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with continental offerings plus eggs done your way. "What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"Lovely hotel. Approaching on arrival it has a very nice clean look, so straight away we were happy with our choice, and definitely, I would agree on a 4* Hotel. I have stayed in many areas of Italy, and this one comes close to a small handful of specific good hotels on the Amalfi coast. What I didn’t agree with, is the young staff are very loud with each other. "
