"Everything with property was great Staff and front desk, could use some personality, awareness or Greetings etc. Dry, non communicating, kind of in the Hospitality industry, so u should engage customers as much as u can but its hard when ur in the back office. "

"The room was great, very quite, and easy for walking the pups. The only thing that we dont like at this point even during christmas travels is the pet deposit has not been returned after our stay, office staff said that after they clean the room the deposit would be returned."
