"Although we enjoyed our stay in our apartment which was fully furnished and clean, the building is not equipped for customers with mobility issues. No lifts for a start, and the open air stairs were quite slippery when wet - good luck when it’s raining, as when we arrived. We were booked on the third floor so made several trips back and forth to the car park in the rain. This place is ideal for long term stay, great location too. "This was the perfect spot for my kids and i. Had a great size boathouse with full amenities, comfortable bed, pool on premises, small grass space all laundry facilities. It was a nice stay, just out of town but only few minute drive. Staff were friendly upon arrival and was helpful and welcoming. "

"Nice and quiet place near beach. Definitely recommend.."

"Good layover location. Communication was excellent as we were commuting between Sydney and Brisbane and arrived late. Lake water was warm, it was a shame the kids couldnt experience the water park as they were up early but park doesnt open until 10am. Very little food options in area, definitely recommend bringing food for breakfast."

"The management were excellent. Very friendly, very professional and real humans who actually care about guests having an enjoyable time. With so much selfishness prevailing in this sick world it was most appreciated. "

"Rooms are good and spacious. Friendly checkin staff. Restaurant was very expensive, food was average and our meals came out every 20 or so minutes so everyone was eating on their own. We avoided after night 1"

"The Little Palms Cabins were absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Convenient to shops, tavern and restaurants and most importantly the beautiful Lake Cathie beach. The Manager was wonderful and made us feel so at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying again 😊"
