"The impression of Citi Hotel International at Jalan Palang Merah while I researched gave the impression that it was a 3 to 4 star hotel. It turns out to be a 2-star or lower. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the staff, Mr Angun, speaks fairly good English and helped with advice and arrangement in my road trip plan. "I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. But I did not find the room as nice as in the pictures (older looking) but staff let us move rooms no problem.as i said they do try to accommodate. I found it quiet and relaxing. "1泊約二千円で泊まれて（税とサービス料込み）、部屋も綺麗で、朝食バイキングも無料だったし、近くにはスーパーもデパートも食べる店もいくらでもあり、有名なモスクや王宮も歩いてすぐなので、とても良いホテルだと思います。フロントのスタッフには英語も通じます。僕が唯一不満だったのは、室内でWiFiが超不安定だったことくらいです。ロビーでは良好でした。部屋のWiFiさえ改善すれば、あの料金で文句を言う客はいないと思います（文句があるならもっと高い宿に泊まれということです）。"

"I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed. "

"The hotel was about a 30 minute drive from the city centre.. Many Grab mopeds in the area. The hotel itself was nice with an excellent swimming pool, really a great place to relax and chill! Would recommend the hotel but the city itself.....🙈"
