"Nice and quiet "

"Staff was friendly but they have vending machines that sometimes don’t work like they’re supposed to, eats your money. They don’t make an effort to investigate to give you the money the machine took. But otherwise staff was friendly when we checked in to the hotel. "

"Property was beautiful but the housekeeping staff caring for the room was poor. In the second day was not restocked coffee, etc tissues and lotion. Had to call the front desk to ask to be restocked. They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. One evening we got back to get ready for dinner out around 430pm and our room had not been cleaned or changed. We had to get ready quickly and they never came...

"Wonderful, fast service! We unexpectedly arrived ~2 hours early & they were able to get us into a room with no problem. I was also traveling with a pet—their fees were reasonable & the hotel was a great, calm environment."
