"The service front desk was awesome! However the room didn’t have AC and even though it is winter you still need to have a cool room. The room went from 72 to 81 through the night. Reported to front desk and they just apologized and said maintenance will get to it. I didn’t sleep at all well because of the hot room but the front desk person then didn’t seem to care. "
