"The reservation was cancelled without notification. The error may come from Expedia. Ther site still allow me to edit my reservation but the owner of the room talked that he cancelled. HOW COULD THIS HAPPENED? No one become responsible."

"The property is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Lunch at Los Federales restaurant was very good and the included breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was huge and my only complaint is that the TV was quite small for the size of the room and did not work properly."

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."
