"Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. "

"I didn’t like anything about my stay, I enjoyed leaving. The building appeared rundown, requiring significant repairs and updates. Stains adorned the walls, and there were holes in the tubs, towels were old and worn out. There were peculiar odors throughout the hotel. Music played in the halls throughout the night, and cockroaches were present in the rooms. The most disappointing aspect was the additional charge for breakfast despite booking a room for two people. A rip off, the staff were unreasonable about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
