"The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The room was clean and spacious. The whole hotel also appeared very clean. We had a little hiccup, one of our beds looked like someone had previously been in it. The staff member who helped us out changed our rooms and double checked the room was perfectly clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. "

"Property is going through reservations. Booked the room for my kids to swim in the pool for the weekend but pool and hot tub were closed. They do have arcade room and indoor play area that helped to keep them entertained but would have like to know about the pool before booking."

"Older resort but has a lot of charm. Because it's older the lobby has that older smell to it when you walk in. Parts could be updated to some of the buildings. We rented an economy room with twin beds and a bunker up top in the Lodge building. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom, table and TV with mini fridge and coffee maker and closet with ironing board . The grounds and view were gorgeous. "Quiet room for the hotel being next to on and off ramp for the expressway. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was updated, clean, smelled nice, and microwave and refrig was fabulous. "

"It is both a location and a beautiful spot. Not too costly, either. Everyone was really nice. Old bathrooms were the only thing we disliked, particularly a bathtub that appeared to be from ancient times. It was not something I wanted to walk barefoot in. Fortunately, whenever my daughter and I go somewhere, we always bring shower shoes. Also, To improve the room's appearance, the glass on the windows and balcony door should be replaced."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. We were looking forward to pool time, but it was closed during our stay. Huge impact on the 4 year old traveler! Wish we had known ahead of time. Overall, very good!"

"The room was way nicer than expected for the price. The room was large, clean, and it had a large tv. Many budget options skimp on the tv size. Everything was clean and worked as expected. I have stayed in rooms double the price that were way worse. Would definitely recommend."
