The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. "The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"This was the perfect little getaway for me and my partner. We wanted something that was close to their conference, and short north has a lot of transportation options. There were a bunch of restaurants and activities that were walking distance. The place was very clean. Check in/check out was also very smooth! The only issue was that the wifi wasn’t the best. This was a small issue, and we were easily able to work around it! Would stay here again! "
