"Overall, I like the hotel and the hospitality of all staffs were superb. The staffs were accommodating especially when there was a problem, caring, polite, respectful and professional. "Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "

"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. "I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. From the moment I entered the hallway, the staff greeted me warmly, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The technology in the room was impressive, and it felt personalized; when I turned on the TV, my name appeared on the screen. The entire staff, including cleaners, waiters, and waitresses, were fantastic. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nigeria, especially in the Ikeja or mainland area."
