"Convenient location"

"This hotel is in city center. No sleep at all due to fights with aborigines both in hotel and on the street. I do not recommend single women stay here. Dangerous to go out of hotel. Stay near the Hilton or Crowne hotels for safer accommodations. "

"I had a pleasant stay at Oaks Elan. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, with a good-sized lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped, which made the stay even more convenient. I also enjoyed the balcony with views of the city/harbour. It was great that the balcony had a covered area with seating, so you could still sit outside and enjoy the view even when it was raining. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. One small improvement would be to include a clothes airer or drying rack. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. This hopefully will update rooms, facilities and overall presentation that at the moment it is lacking. The staff were respectful, kind and helpful, but they are dealing with not only the current disruption, but also guests reactions and issues. I would visit again once the current renovations has been completed. "

"Safe area to stay while visiting Alice Springs Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful but we did have an issue with our room not being serviced for our second and third days I had to pick up fresh towels coffee and milk from the reception desk "

"The national park was a 10 minute drive away. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with an excellent choice. There were good free experiences to get to know about the history of Uluru. "

"This is really a camp site with rooms. Shared toilets 100 m away. Shared kitchen. Rooms have just beds like a dorm or youth hostel style. Not explained properly. Will not meet the Standards of US travelers"
