"Unfortunately it poured with rain the whole of our stay and the roof started to leak in the bathroom with water running out of the light fitting. We also couldn't work out how to use the cooktop and with the bad weather couldn't use the BBQ. But otherwise good stay."

"Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again "

"A beautiful, quiet, environmentally respectful little haven, with superb views and lots of native wildlife. Don't expect mod-cons, but go prepared to enjoy off-grid living, in a comfortable little cabin with everything you need (kitchen, wood fire, comfy bed, spacious deck for eagle, earth and star watching). Although the checkin is contactless, the owner is in contact via email with warm, personal messages, is responsive and helpful if required. Thanks so much Peter! We loved it."
