"Great hotel and breakfast, right next to NEC"

"The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late. "

"It was fast to check-in, although it was far from the city centre it was easy enough to get a bolt or uber to get to the city. The train station is also close by so there are more options to travel from there."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Would definitely stay here again. "
