"Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout....

"The ceiling at the window edge was leaking when it was raining in the middle of the night. The droplets of water dripping sound woke me up and kept me awake the whole night till morning. The aircon system in the room is freezing cold even after tuned to 28 deg, low fan speed. Have no choice but to change to fan-mode."

"Stayed with a friend for one night. Check in was fast and they accommodated our request for an early check in. The room is spacious enough for two of us, everything was great until we found out that the hand shower didn’t work, only the rain shower. Informed to the staff and they will look into it. Overall it’s a good experience, Will recommend it to friends. "

"Upper floors of shopping mall building in interesting part of the city. Friendly helpful staff, especially at reception and at breakfast. Big windows in room for view over city. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower. Breakfast was good here, lots of choice and efficient staff. "

"Had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Simatupang for a night. The hotel offers great value for the price, making it a solid choice for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. One of the highlights of this property was the nice new pool (Which you rarely find in other Holiday Inn Express), . "Very nice , breakfast . The price to get your clothes laundered was outrageous. The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! Wow I could get my undies dry cleaned for less than that in the states!! But overall good location and food was wonderful. Room was nice but not fantastic. "
