"Loved the location and layout of room. However the bedroom backs up to outside hallway and we heard doors slamming and carts all night. No fan in bedroom and AC didn’t seem to work . Warm and stuffy. Room needs more circulation of air. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Room could use some renovation and repair. Disappointing that restaurant hours are not posted on website so we didn’t know it wouldn’t be open for most of our stay. Enjoyed the balcony and view. "

"The location was exceptional! Everything we needed in walking distance. We had no need to use our vehicle the entire weekend. Only downside was the building lost air conditioning and it was rather hot Sunday morning, but they made up for it by comping our breakfast. Enjoyed immensely!!!"

"We stayed at this hotel on Valentine’s Day and it couldn’t have been any better! The room was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. Bed was super cozy. We didn’t t have any reservations so decided to go down to the bar and see if we could have drinks and dinner. The food and drinks were excellent and the bartenders were so nice! "The hallway to the room had used towels left out. Bar service was closed but still offer on website check in. Other than that hotel was nice. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. The room was spacious. Bathroom was a little compacted. Bed was comfortable. "

"The daily fee was supposed to include a welcome drink, 10% off food/drink and fitness discount. None of the 3 staff at check-in mentioned what the fee covered nor did the restaurant staff ask if we were guests of the property. I reached out to them on this and did not hear back. Hopefully, others receive this information when they check in. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable and located close to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The heat in my room was not working and I texted the motel manager. They were very responsive and had someone out within the hour to fix the heat. When they couldn't fix it, they moved me to another room that was nicer than my original booking. I would stay here again."
