"I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. "Beautiful location, high on a hill overlooking tea plantations and Sinharaja Forest. Our room was traditional but comfortable. Nice to have access to a swimming pool although there were only 3 sun loungers for the 12 guests who were staying at the same time as us."
