"This property is always lovely, with clean spacious rooms and appealing public areas. The hot tubs need a water change and cleaning, the water was so murky I couldnt clearly see my feet. Also the vegetation on the rocks and around the hot tubs need a thorough cleaning, being festooned with dust and spider webs."

"Checkin was easy. I ended up having to change my room type. It ended up being cheaper. Pool was great for my 8 year old. The teenagers talking at full volume right outside my room was not amazing. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone as the phone in the room was not connected. However they took care of the problem right away. Breakfast was alright."

"Older hotel that BW has remodeled and is bringing back to life. I remember the original hotel and it was nostalgic to stay there. They have done a good job of preserving the feel of the original. Rates are very reasonable, breakfasts were great and staff was great. Its our new place to stay when we come to Casper"

"The folks at the front desk were great - very helpful and friendly, and every time I walked past they were cleaning or organizing their work area, helping guests, etc (i.e. they were WORKING) When we settled into the room it appeared there was a dirty spot on the table. It turns out a previous guest had probably overheated a plate and that had warped the finish, but the table (and room) was clean. But we didn't know that at first glance, and when we called the front desk the lady came down...
