"This hotel is the best I’ve stayed at in all my years of European travel. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment hotel for our family of four. The apartment was so gorgeous and well equipped I could have moved in permanently. It’s a 30 second walk to the tram or bus that takes you into Amsterdam within 7 minutes. "We had a great stay- the apartment was large, clean and functional. The beds were excellent and plenty of pillows to choose from. The front desk staff were able to assist me in calling a local venue whose website was malfunctioning. This was going beyond the basic check in and check out. The easy access to the Zuid station made getting to the center of town a breeze."

"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"I don't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a late check in in good time and was told that I would receive an email with a code, I was waiting all day for the code but I didn't receive anything. I called again before starting the trip and the lady said she would send a message with the code. I traveled 3 hours with a 5 month old baby and when I arrived there was no message or email. I called customer support and after waiting 20 minutes I was answered, but the lady provided all the wrong...

"The property was in a great quiet location, easy walk to metro/tram. Cafe and Pizza restaurant at the end of the road. Nearest Spar about 10 mins walk. Lots of stairs to 3rd floor! Very comfy beds and duvets. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sugar (no cafetiere). As advertised and perfect for out 3 night stay."
