"It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area. "Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is located about 5 mins walk away from the Central Amsterdam station and is fairly near to many attractions! Staff were very helpful and approachable. The rooms were huge and had kitchenette and washer / dryer. Perfect for couples and small families! "

Out of the chaos of the city center but close to two different tram stops and a metro that will get you anywhere in the city fast. "Amazing 2 floor suite, kitchen, heated floors in the bathroom, comfortable bedding, lots of towels and robes provided, museums and centraal station are all within 30 minutes of walking, gorcery store around the corner and coffee shops all around you. "Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff. "

"Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

"the hotel was great overall, the one thing we did not expect was how small the rooms were. We have stayed at CitizensM multiple times, but the rooms were just smaller and designed differently for this location. "
