"The Fern is a lovely property in a dismal location, however we were only visiting for one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Room size was generous, nice amenities and in site restaurant was of a good standard. Would visit again if it wasn't for the location. Maybe better in the daytime, but didn't really see the location during the day. "

"I was in Ranchi to watch the cricket. The Grand Regency was lovely. It is a little gem in an otherwise very ordinary area. The staff were brilliant and the hotel sparkling. I had reason to entertain a couple of friends there and it was perfect. One of the better hotels on my visit to India in my price budget."

"Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. "Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! "
