There was a horrible smell coming from the toilet. I complained, and they changed me to another room which was much smaller, and also had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is very limited and not in line with the money I paid for the room. You would expect 4-star treatment and end up with 2-star...

"Hotel staff did not know that i have booked the room and that I am coming .First 30 minutes they have been making sure that I have booked the room.when they found that I have booked the room,they did not have any room vacant so they gave me loft.Secondly wifi was good on the ground floor but it was not working on upper floors.There were 2 big dogs walking on the terrace and they could have been dangerous."
