"We love the stay at Hotel on Phillips and have tried many places. The staff is most accommodating and the beds are so comfortable. Rooms extremely quiet. Location is lovely right along the river. "

"The check-in process wasn’t so good. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Caused some inconvenience for me. The hotel itself is kind of awesome. It’s an old hotel. Clean, updated. It was negative temps outside and our room never got above 65 degrees no matter how high I set the room temp. Was grateful for an extra comforter. "

"The staff was really nice and helpful. We were told they are going through renovations during our stay and the staff apologized. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly. Fitted sheet was sliding off and the flat sheet barely hung over either side the bed wasn’t made properly. The drawers for the dresser were tough to use and didn’t go in all the way. Bathroom very clean. "

"Property was fine. Breakfast offered very limited options - nothing but carbs and coffee. No fresh fruit. They also up charged me $2.50 which is not that big of a deal, but still an unpleasant surprise. "
