"We were upgraded on arrival and we were staying for 3 nights so that was a bonus. We had the Dinner B&B package so was a little disappointed to have a very limited menu offering i.e. 3 starters, 4 mains and 3 desserts but the majority of the Inclusive menu was aimed at Vegans or vegitarians. Restaurant was also inconsistent with food preparation, first 2 nights we had a proper little side salad with the starters or mains however on the last night, it was just lettuce! "Super friendly staff who fussed over our dog and made I'm very welcome. As this was our first hotel stay with a dog I was very impressed. My only quibble was there was no usb socket to charge my phone. Only on leaving did I discover plugs could be borrowed at reception, I will know for next time."
