"The hotel is ok… we had issues getting in our room. It’s like the handle was put on upside down. You had to lift the handle up instead of pushing it down to enter. Also when leaving the room the dead bolt was always out which then you had to go back inside the room and mess with the lock a bit before you could get it to go back in and you could close the door. The bigger problem was there is no elevator, I was unaware, we were on the second floor. I have an ankle injury, the stairs were an...

"I only had one problem with this hotel. That issue was my room smelled like dogs lived there. If your hotel is going to allow pets (very honorable) and have designated rooms for guests with pets PLEASE remove the carpets from those rooms. Laminate floors would be ideal. They are don’t retain odors or stains like carpet. The staff were very friendly including the housekeeping crew!"
