The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent. Muhammad and Kareem are very professional and their service was awesome! The dining experience was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. There was also a chef available to make custom egg omelet's. We also dined in at their restaurant for dinner twice and their chef made every meal we had there with perfection.

excellent hotel! the manager was super accommodating. he sent someone to get us after we got rocks thrown at us at a restaurant (this is not how algeria is don’t worry). he also arranged for us to stay a little longer since our flight was so late. very great and helpful staff. clean rooms.

Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars

Si c’était un 4 étoiles je dirais que c’est parfait mais pour un 5 étoiles il y a beaucoup de points à améliorer commençant par l’entretien des vitres extérieures de l’hôtel.manque d’oreiller confortable, pas de housse protectrice sur les matelas pas de sortie de bain pas de pantoufles pas de stylo ni de bloc note ni d’instruction pour le téléphone sur le bureau pas de boisson dans le mini bar à part de l’eau pas de fer a repasser pas d’extracteur d’air dans la toilette par de porte savon ni de mouchoirs ni verre ni de débarbouillette dans la salle de bain. La lunette des toilettes tombe directement sur la toilette avec un bruit fracassant non automatique Pas de distributeur de glaçons dans le palier

I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service

Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir
