"First, the gal at the front desk did not know about our reservation. I stood outside for close to an hour. Then, the reservation was not in the system. Finally, I had to email someone my reservation in order to receive the room. The room was dirty and the bathroom had mildew stains in the ceiling. Breakfast was limited to eggs, avocado, juice and that´s it. Will never go back again!!!!!!!"

"Fine, but a bit overpriced. This is a series of cabins around a lawn with a pool, gym, and massage services -- although the gym is open so few hours that it might as well not exist. If you're bringing North American or European expectations of a nature lodge, you might be disappointed. It's very much in town with lots of town noises, and there isn't much to do when strikes have closed the park.
