"The Ritz was very nice! I booked a weekend stay to engage to my fiancé. I hired a photographer and unfortunately, an employee at the hotel would not allow the photographer to take photos when I’ve paid thousands on thousands of dollars to make this perfect for my fiancé. They could have allowed 5 minutes for pictures. They also accidentally threw away our Eddie V’s. We still loved our stay and the spa and most people were really great towards us. Thank you. "

"Overall a great hotel with a good location, not too far from things but far enough that you didn't deal with the traffic. Not too far from metro and close to the bus. It was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is the water pressure was awful. "
