"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"The location of this hotel is great with a beautiful view of the Rhine. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast may the best I’ve had at any hotel. The only downsize may be for families as the rooms don’t accommodate a family of 5 and the twin beds are small. "

"I've stayed in NH hotels before and the value fir money is good. Rooms are spacious. This one even had a very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air condition thermostat. It seemed defective. The room was rather warm and uncomfortable during a hit summer day & night."
